Rugged steel mounting plate provides the extra strength needed to insure safety. Four mounting holes are provided. A 3/8" hot rolled steel ring, butt welded to prevent separation. Ties are hinged beneath the heavily welded support loop. Pair of (2) 2 3/4"" diameter steel D rings allows use of almost any type of tie rope.
